Property:
NX-AC has good vesicant property, stable grain diameter and no mechanical impurity, with good compatibility with PVC resin, imparts good surface quality and tensile strength to products. Non-toxic and odorless, no pollution.

Application:
Widely applied in producing plastic and rubber, such as PE, PS, EVA, PVC and PP, etc. It is mainly used in producing PVC foaming sheet, pipe and plate. Add 0.5-2PHR according to different formula.

Package, Storage & Transportation:
N. W. 25KG, plastic bag or carton, or according to customers' requirement. Stored in a dry ventilated place and avoid heat, spark and fire. Handle and transport in accordance with general regulations.

Properties:
NX-530 is ultra-high molecular weight polymer with multi-layer structure. It can promote the processability and plasticization, improve hot-melt strength and viscoelasticity, and thus achieve good surface quality with uniform and dense foam structure of PVC products. It can dissolve in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone, can not dissolve in water and ethanol.

Application:
It is broadly used in all kinds of foam process, especially effective in PVC low
Foam products, such as foam pipe, profiles, sheet and boards etc.
Recommended usage: 6-12 shares for PVC sheet, 3-8 shares for PVC pipe, 6-8 shares for PVC profile.
